Abstract

 

The training programmes shall be designed to provide skill and knowledge to trainees to maintain their sustainable development. This paper analyzed trainees’ satisfaction obtained from the training.  Statistical methods such as mean, standard deviation, Correlation and Regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The study observed that average value of overall satisfaction on training indicates the respondents in general were in satisfied group. The variables such as performance of overall activities and implementation of training, which have some degree of correlation with the satisfaction level of the training. All the other independent variables do not have much correlation with the dependent variable. As for regression coefficients are concerned, the variables performance of overall activities, Place of training, education, any skill obtained before training and any other training received are found to have significant effect on overall satisfaction level of training.
