Abstract
Online recruitment has become an important tool for the companies to conduct recruitment and selection processes. Companies are expanding their use of internet for meeting their staffing needs. This paper tries to explore the different aspects of web based recruitment and the perception of job seekers about e- recruitment. The objective of this research study is to examine the impact of online recruitment on both the job seekers and the job providers.
