The study investigates the classroom managements procedures that used by EFL Saudi beginner teachers. The study raises three questions. The first one is “What are the problems that face EFL beginner teachers?” the second one is “what is the level of the problems that related to Behavioral and Instructional Managements?” In addition, the third one asks, “How can we bridge between classroom language and classroom management? The study uses the historical and descriptive analytical approach. About 50 beginner secondary school teachers participate in this study. A 33-item questionnaire is distributed to 50 EFL teachers. The results show that the most problems that face beginner teachers is classroom management style’s orientation. Moreover, the results, obviously, conclude that beginner teachers did not involve into training program in advance.
