ABSTRACT
The present research paper aims at study the teacher efficacy in relation to emotional intelligence of teachers working at secondary level with respect to their gender and locale. 400 secondary teachers form district Sonipat (Haryana) were taken by using random and purposive sampling methods. Data was analysed with the help of Karl Pearson coefficient of correlation and t-test. It was found out that there is positive and significant relationship between teacher efficacy and emotional intelligence of secondary school teachers with respect to their gender and locale. The results of present study have implications for planners and policy makers.
