The automated hot water system for banana suckers is designed to simplify and optimize the treatment process. In agricultural settings, maintaining a precise water temperature for a specific duration is essential for sanitizing banana suckers, as this prevents pest infestation and disease transmission. This project involves developing a system that heats water to a consistent 52°C, maintained by a heater controlled through a relay module, while a temperature sensor continuously monitors the water. Once the water reaches the set temperature, the system holds it steady for 30 minutes. After this time, an alert buzzer sounds and the power to the heater is cut off automatically. Additionally, an ultrasonic sensor is used to verify that the water level is sufficient before the heating process begins.
