ABSTRACT

The esports industry has rapidly evolved into a global competitive ecosystem involving millions of players and spectators. Despite this growth, existing tournament management platforms suffer from fragmentation, lack of automation, limited scalability, and inadequate real-time communication. This paper presents Gamers Port, an intelligent and centralized esports tournament management platform designed to streamline tournament operations, improve user engagement, and ensure fairness. The proposed system integrates automated scheduling, realtime match updates, player performance tracking, and secure authentication within a unified architecture. A mathematical model is introduced to optimize matchmaking and ranking fairness. The system is designed to be scalable and adaptable to multiple game environments. Rather than relying on simulated claims, this study focuses on system design, architecture, and expected performance evaluation. The proposed platform aims to reduce manual workload, enhance user experience, and provide a structured solution for modern esports tournament ecosystems.
