ABSTRACT

The role of A.I. in library services, this research will contribute to the growing body of knowledge of how technology can support and transform information institutions in the modern era. Library can use the research findings as a guide to make informed decisions regarding the implementation of AI solutions and to enhance their services, ultimately benefiting library users and the broader community (Jadhav D,2020). The AI's most notable contribution to libraries is the automation of routine tasks, cataloguing and organising; librarians can now rely on AI algorithms to streamline. The future of artificial intelligence in library operations lies in the idea of a ‘Smart Library’ that is available to patrons without being directly staffed.
