Abstract
This research was conducted to investigate the relationship between occupational stress and job satisfaction among textile managers. This paper aims to find out the relationship between occupational stress and job satisfaction based on age, gender, marital status, work experience and income of textile managers in Tirupur. 553 Textile managers were invited to participate in the questionnaire survey. A cross sectional study was used to examine the relationship between occupational stress and job satisfaction. Descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis were employed to analyse the data. The findings also revealed that there is a significant relationship between occupational stress and job satisfaction.
