ABSTRACT

The emergence of E-Wallet or Mobile Wallet in digitalizing currency exchange reinforces the principles that data is the important source.The widespread accessibility of mobile technology has enhanced these services to develop, allowing users to offer instant and convenient money transfers. This study examines the major transformation in digital payments through E-wallet adoption using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Data were collected from 180respondents of digital payment platforms through the non-random sampling. This study explored three crucial factors of the use of e-wallets :customer satisfaction, experiencedbenefits andassessed ease of use. The finding demonstrates that both experiencedbenefits and assessed ease of use significantly influence customer satisfaction. The marketers should ensure that the key factor for success is to be trustworthy and value adding to their customers to stand out in the market.
