ABSTRACT

Aim of the study: To investigate the multifaceted relationship between information reliability, encompassing confidentiality, integrity, availability, authenticity, and accountability, and the strategic decisions involved in website design and development, alongside the influential role of cloud computing efficiency in this context.

Methodology: The methodological framework involved a comprehensive research approach, encompassing a review of existing literature and comparative data analysis to identify critical issues related to system reliability and data protection. This systematic approach allowed for an in-depth examination of how cloud-based solutions contribute to enhanced scalability, cost-effectiveness, and flexibility in website infrastructure, while simultaneously addressing challenges such as data privacy and overall system performance.

Finding: Findings indicated that implementing robust access control mechanisms, such as those found in zero-trust architectures, significantly enhances data protection and contributes to substantial real-world improvements in system reliability within cloud environments. This approach further ensures data privacy and availability, which are critical components of information reliability. Specifically, these findings highlight a strong correlation between perceived security and argument quality with perceived usefulness, which subsequently influences attitudes toward and intentions to adopt cloud computing.

Implication: The implications of this study are far-reaching, suggesting that fostering user trust through transparent security measures and demonstrating tangible performance benefits are paramount for increasing the adoption and integration of cloud-based web infrastructure. These insights are particularly relevant for e-commerce

platforms, where user-friendliness, robust security measures, and reliable cloud service quality are crucial for customer satisfaction and business success.

Originality/Value: This research offers a novel contribution by integrating the impact of information reliability with cloud computing efficiency on website design, specifically within the context of e-commerce, providing a holistic perspective on crucial factors for successful online presence. Furthermore, the findings emphasize the critical role of cloud technologies in enhancing scalability and reducing operational costs, with hybrid systems offering secure and adaptable storage solutions for e-commerce.
