Abstract:

The main focus of this paper is to achieve and maintain optimum energy throughout the organization so as to minimize energy costs and improve power quality. Energy Audit is a systematic approach for decision-making in the area of energy management. A simple payback period calculation and formulation has been executed.

This paper report is aimed at “Managing Energy use in Aegis Pvt. Ltd Grogram”. It is a concerted attempt in achieving improved energy performances with a valid power factor limit. This study suggests different opportunities to create and implement an energy management plan in the building. The audit was conducted and suitable strategies of adjusting and optimizing energy were suggested so as to reduce energy requirements and hence, the total cost spent towards energy consumption.
