The integration of online support into English language teaching transformed instructional approaches, but the success of its implementation hinges on the teachers' beliefs, accessibility of resources, and institutional support. This study is an assessment of the perceptions, challenges, and impact of online learning tools at the five colleges in Narsingdiusing quantitative method with a sample size of 40 teachers and 360 students. 70% of teachers acknowledged potential uses of online help but barriers such as poor internet connection, low digital literacy and little institutional support still restrict reaching all teachers. Students are also limited in their ability to access online resources because of financial and lack of training. This online education is clearly lacking and therefore in need of digital training; Better infrastructure; and institution-support. These are some of the most common issues that need addressed in order to create an inclusive and efficient digital learning environment that positively impacts teaching and student engagement.
