ABSTRACT
This study analyzes the attitudinal, physical, and financial challenges facing individuals with disabilities. These obstacles reduce their potential for full participation in society.
The research relies on secondary data analysis from sources such as government reports, academic literature, and earlier studies on disability dynamics in India. It combines these findings to highlight barriers and interventions for the social inclusion of Divyangjan.
The value of this study lies in its thorough look at social inclusion for Divyangjan. It focuses on Bihar, where socio-economic conditions pose serious challenges. Existing literature often focuses on urban settings. This research highlights the realities of Bihar and fills a major gap in understanding. This research provides a complete analysis of the challenges faced by Divyangjan in Bihar. It focuses on practical actions based on community engagement and systemic change. The study advances understanding of these barriers. It improves academic discussion and serves as a foundation for further initiatives. Originality and value in this study are grounded in its comprehensive examination of the nuances surrounding social inclusion for Divyangjan, particularly in the context of Bihar, where socio-economic conditions pose significant challenges. While existing literature often centers on urban settings or more developed regions, this research brings to the forefront the specific realities of Bihar.
This study not only enhances academic discourse but also serves as a cornerstone for further initiatives aimed at promoting the rights and dignity of individuals with disabilities across diverse contexts. Through this endeavor, the hope is to illuminate pathways toward genuine inclusion that not only respect but celebrate the contributions of Divyangjan in all spheres of social life.
