ABSTRACT

The increasing adoption of digital technologies has transformed the way organizations manage internal communication and strengthen their employer brand. A Content Management System (CMS) plays a vital role in facilitating timely, consistent, and accessible communication among employees while supporting organizational branding initiatives. This study examines the role of CMS in enhancing employee communication and employer branding within modern organizations. CMS platforms enable centralized content creation, dissemination, and management, ensuring that employees receive accurate information and remain aligned with organizational goals, values, and culture. Effective internal communication through CMS improves employee engagement, collaboration, transparency, and knowledge sharing, thereby contributing to higher job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Simultaneously, CMS supports employer branding by showcasing organizational achievements, employee success stories, workplace culture, and corporate values across digital channels. The study highlights how a strategically implemented CMS can strengthen internal communication networks and create a positive employer image, ultimately enhancing talent attraction, employee retention, and overall organizational performance in an increasingly competitive business environment.
