ABSTRACT
The study's goals were to determine which leadership styles are best for the health-care industry. Because the healthcare business is so technologically advanced, it ran into a number of issues during COVID-19. The core data for this study was gathered via an online survey form with a self-designed questionnaire and interview procedure, which was delivered to health care employees in various Delhi hospitals. The focus of leadership should be on empowering people to initiate changes that will improve a health-care organisation.
