ABSTRACT
Increased global cross-border interactions, resulting in employees from many cultures melting together. The massive efforts made by managers around the world to make these cross-cultural teams work are huge. It's fascinating to investigate their techniques, which range from investing in them to increasing cross-cultural knowledge. As a result, the goal of this article is to determine how successful MNCs are in promoting cross-cultural administration.
