Abstract:

The book is a product of the assurance, loyalty of the customers which strengthened the confidence of the author to share the story of Future Group’s ongoing journey.

The book includes views, comments and judgements of nearly hundred plus colleagues, associates and acquaintances and thus is a must read for all aspirants of ‘Retail Sector in India’. Apart from the inspirations the book also widely shares the tricks of the trade and lessons to learn from others’ mistakes.

One may want to agree with the initial dilemmas of the author on the timing of the book. The updates on the Retail sector in India are long due but possibly not referred to, in the book.
