ABSTRACT

This world is not perfect. Although, significant progress has been witnessed in economic development and social welfare, but the present world continues with deep-rooted structural inequalities these inequalities segments in multiple forms which fall in the category of marginalized / underprivileged either due to economic conditions or due to social structures. Even though India and most nations provide equality as the fundamental right, but the practical implementation of such ideals often remains limited and a substantial proportion of the population continues to struggle with poverty and deprivation
