ABSTRACT

The research Paper also highlights the growing importance of real-time analytics and automation in driving agility and sustainability in supply chains. Companies that embrace Big Data Analytics can proactively identify market trends, optimize resource allocation, reduce supply chain disruptions, and enhance end-to-end operational transparency. Additionally, integrating predictive analytics and AI-driven tools enables businesses to anticipate demand fluctuations, adjust inventory levels dynamically, and enhance supplier relationship management for a more resilient and adaptive supply chain ecosystem.

The application of real-time data processing, artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and cloud computing has enabled businesses to reduce operational costs, improve product availability, minimize waste, enhance customer satisfaction, and strengthen overall supply chain resilience. By leveraging data-driven insights, companies can make informed decisions, mitigate risks, identify inefficiencies, and streamline their supply chain networks to meet evolving consumer demands and market fluctuations.
